Woo Fest music festival is an award winning multi-genre music festival for all ages that raises funds for St Richard’s Hospice, Worcester, England. It’s set in a beautiful location near Upton upon Severn and has gone from strength to strength since its launch in 2015 raising over £71K with every single penny from every ticket going to the hospice
It has grown from a small festival of friends and family to the first festival on the calendar for many new friends. 2020 was a first as we moved the festival to a virtual Festival thanks to the team at DRP Group who ran the event from their studios in Hartlebury. Worcestershire

Let's hope Covid-19 does one and normal festival season can resume!
If not we will still do something to provide entertainment and raise money for St Richard's Hospice

Normal Woo Fest was cancelled due to Covid-19 however we moved to an online festival which took place on the 4th of July, supported by the wonderful DRP Group at their studios in Hartlebury. We raised almost £14K purely from donations and sponsorship for a wonderful day of live and pre-recorded music . Thanks to the 24 different acts (including some well known names) and over 90 musicians who played throughout

Woo Fest also organise fundraising nights throughout the year, the last one being a Christmas night at the Marrs Bar in Worcester on the Sunday before Christmas.
In what was a great night of entertainment we were joined by no fewer than 8 acts . A full house partied the night away while raising an incredible £1,644.20 for St Richard’s Hospice.
Woo Fest was set up to raise funds for St Richard’s Hospice in Worcester, the inspiration coming from the story of a local man who benefited from their care. Click below to read the story behind Woo Fest and more about St Richard's Hospice.
Woo Fest received recognition at the prestigious UK Festival awards, winning the Best Small Festival at it's 2019 awards ceremony! Also awarded runner up in the Grassroots category.
This was an amazing result for Woo Fest , beating off competition from much larger festivals and winning due to our charitable aims, family focus, incredible line up and relaxed atmosphere.

Making Woo Fest a great experience for the whole family is one of our main objectives and part of this is making sure kids have plenty to do.
Entry and camping is free for children and we always have activities that the kids can get involved in (from musical workshops to forest school to craft sessions). Most of these are also free and we are lucky to be supported by the fabulous Jungle Jiggle
More importantly, Woo Fest is a safe environment for children, so the whole family can relax and enjoy the music.
Our regular Woo Fest kids also want to raise money for St Richard's Hospice so in Feb 2019 completed a 5 mile walk across the malvern hills raising £1,044.82 - great work
