Making Woo Fest a great experience for the whole family is one of our main objectives and part of this is making sure kids have plenty to do. Our objective here is to make Woo Fest completely family friendly and by all accounts we’ve cracked this!
Happy children make happy families !
Entry and camping is free for children and we always have activities that the kids can get involved in (such as forest school and craft sessions). Most of these are also free and we are lucky to be supported by the fabulous Jungle Jiggle who devise many different activities for children to enjoy
We have a bouncy castle and slide for the kids to enjoy and have now introduced wrestling sessions by Welsh Superstars of Wrestling which is immensely popular with all ages. We are also supported by Worcester City FC who set up an urban football pitch and run 3 a-side sessions which was a great addition
More importantly, Woo Fest is a safe environment for children, so the whole family can relax and enjoy the music.
Our regular Woo Fest kids also want to raise money for St Richard's Hospice so in the past have completed walking challenges and held bake sales - get involved and look out for our plans for 2025!
At Woo Fest there is a timetable of different craft sessions throughout the day, in the past our kids have made keyrings, flags, Woo Fest plates, wands and lots of other items, creatively imagined by our volunteers and enjoyed by our kyung customerso
Customers of all ages flocked to our wrestling shows
New to 2024 - brilliant football sessions ran by our friends at Worcester City FC
The Wonderful people at Jungle Jiggle support us at Woo Fest running various activities in our activity marquee during the festival including games, jungle themed play and arts and crafts.
Our pop up shop caters for children of all ages with great prices and all proceeds to St Richard’s Hospice. Thanks to our donators who supply products to sell
Look out for character visitors to Woo Fest who join in with the fun - in 2024 the fantastic Doorstep Princesses joined us with Barbie and Spiderman
Our young Woo Fest supporters completed a 5.1 mile walk across the Malvern Hills. Every kid absolutley smashed it during the challenge in very mixed weather! We raised £1,044.82 for St Richard's Hospice via Woo Fest and it was great to see the children in the beautiful Worcestershire Countryside
We love to support creativity with our younger supporters.
